A Little Bit of March Madness

March came in like a lion with wild weather and a spike in the real estate market.  Now here we are in April and the weather is fantastic.  It's the perfect time to put your property on the market or to get out and about and find your new dream home.

Twenty five new construction homes sold in March, a whopping 16 more homes than February.  Looking at the year after year numbers for March shows 2017 as the best year yet.  All other years are consistent with numbers within 4 homes of each other.
