With just the month of December to go, let's take a look at how 2018 compares to the previous two years.  The most significant increases are shown in the closed sales ranges of: $250,000 - $300,000, $300,000 - $350,0000 and $350,000 - $400,000.  This chart doesn't include new construction homes.
