This data shows that 2018 finished slightly under in total closed sales for the years 2016 and 2017.  

Notice that the peak selling market for Auburn resale homes is May.  This would indicate that likely more homes went under contract in April (assuming a 30 day close) than any other month.  This would also indicate that these homes were already listed prior to April and marketing had already begun.

Auburn new construction homes experienced a peak just one month later in June.  This would indicate more contract were possibly written in May.  Both the new construction home and resale markets all show a selling season relatively the same.  Now is the time to get ready to put your house on the market for the 2019 selling season.

These totals show 2018 new construction homes in Lee County was down 54% from 2017 and very similar to years 2015 and 2016.
