February Numbers for Auburn, Opelika and Lee County




Let's start the recap for February with the number of active listings that have hit the market compared to previous years.  The numbers in Auburn are very close from year to year with an increase of 20 homes for 2019.

Now let's look at closed sales for February.  


The number of sales for Auburn resale homes from 2018 to 2019 is 20 homes less.  Could this be a slow start or a slight turn from a sellers market to a buyers market?  We will have to see what happens over the next couple months.
